In the very heart of Berdytchiv on 26, Karl Liebknecht street is going to appear the multifunctional center “Honore de BALZAC”. There is good reason to name the building after the iconic writer as the project’s investor is the French company BETEN International and the idea came naturally to commemorate the project by the name of one of their most famous compatriots and one of the most eminent personalities in the history of the city of Berdytchiv. The center “Honore de BALZAC” will combine elite residences, cozy restaurant and the best shopping mall in the city, a fitness-center, underground parking, panoramic terraces.
