CENTER “HONORE DE BALZAC” GRAND OPENNING

On the 25th of February, 2011 the presentation of the multifunctional complex “Honore de Balzac” in Berdichev, Zhitomir region, took place. The complex is named in honor of a great French writer as the investor of the project is a French company BETEN International. That’s why the desire to give the building the name of its famous compatriot and the most famous personality of Berdichev appeared itself 

The complex “Honore de Balzac” combines the elite apartments with panoramic terraces, the first underground parking in the city, the best shopping areas as well as a cozy restaurant. The project conception is developed by the consultant №1 in real estate – «Ukrainian Trade Guild».
The guests of honour of the evening were the mayor Mazur V.K., adviser of culture and cooperation of the French Embassy in Ukraine and the director of the French Cultural Center Anne Duruflé and the president of the company-developer of the project Jean Roche.
