Project coordination

  

From the project identification, BETEN can guide the investor through all the phases of the project implementation assuming the total coordination of the project:

a) European design of projects with involvement of adequate experts delegated by the Client or BETEN Real Estate;
b) Technical and economic project feasibility studies;
c) Transposition of an European project to a Ukrainian one in the terms of both language and norms with permanent exchanges with European specialists in order to avoid project’s denaturation by bad interpretation of the local norms;
d) Project achievement up to obtaining of its construction permit with all authorizations required;
e) Organization of calls for proposals, analysis of bids and recommendations for consortium or sub-contractors;
f) Editing of contracts with the support of our legal service;
g) Supervising of project’s implementation as assistance to the Client for management of preparation works up to the project turnkey delivery including the procedure of technical acceptance of the project by the competent authorities;
h) Constitution of maintenance teams and building maintenance contracts.
 

All along the project’s life, BETEN Real Estate shall assist and support you owing to its experience in construction and knowledge of Ukrainian market. Moreover you will take advantage of the knowledge of BETEN in the fields directly linked to the project with proposals of alternative energies and legal support.
